为分析幼儿园教师的组织支持感与离职倾向及其关系问题,研究者对北京市293名幼儿园教师进行了相关调查。结果显示:幼儿园教师的组织支持感处于略高于中等水平状态,不同的编制、职称、月收入和园所级别及类型存在显著差异;幼儿园教师离职倾向较高,不同的年龄、职称、编制、月收入和园所级别及类型也均存在差异。幼儿园教师的组织支持感对其离职倾向具有显著的预测作用,其中,“关心利益”对离职倾向的预测作用最大。
To analyze the organizational support and turnover intention of kindergarten teachers and their relationship, the researchers conducted a survey on 293 kindergarten teachers in Beijing. The results showed that: kindergarten teachers’ sense of organizational support was slightly higher than the middle level, and there were significant differences in different establishment, title, monthly income, and grade and type of kindergartens; Kindergarten teachers had a higher tendency of leaving their posts with different ages, titles, compilation, Monthly income and the level and type of the park are also different. Kindergarten teachers’ sense of organizational support has a significant predictor of their turnover intention, of which “caring interests” has the greatest effect on the turnover intention.
