经营决策,是现代商业企业管理的核心,它决定着企业的行动方向和未来命运。在社会主义商品经济的条件下,建立和完善县级国营批发企业经营决策机制,是深化商业体制改革的关键措施,是提高商业企业社会效益和经济效益的重要途径。因此,研究县级国营批发企业决策机制问题,具有重要意义。本文联系江苏省江都县五交化公司的实际,就此谈点粗浅的看法。一、县级国营批发企业经营决策机制的特点江都县五交化公司在“三固定”批发体制模式冲破以后,有一个时期经营难度较大。
