采用光线追迹法,结合蒙特卡罗法,建立了微分高斯光束的数学模型,利用matlab软件计算模拟了LD端面泵浦激光器激光晶体内部纵向增益分布情况。通过能量积分法计算晶体内基模光模式体积内增益值,获得泵浦光在晶体内聚焦光斑的最佳位置,并从实验上进行了验证。结果表明,能量积分法与模匹配方程求解法所得结果相一致,但增益积分法更直观。
The mathematical model of differential Gaussian beam was established by ray tracing and Monte-Carlo method. The longitudinal gain distribution of LD laser diode laser was simulated by matlab software. The energy integral method is used to calculate the gain value of the fundamental mode mode of the crystal, and the optimal position of the pump light focusing spot in the crystal is obtained, and the experiment is validated. The results show that the energy integration method is consistent with that obtained by solving the model matching equation, but the gain integration method is more intuitive.
