目的:优化枳陈胃力片中总黄酮提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮含量及其药效作用为指标,单因素试验确定提取溶剂;以柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量为综合评分指标,选取乙醇用量、乙醇体积分数、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,采用正交试验优化枳陈胃力片中总黄酮的醇提取工艺条件。结果:优化的醇提取条件为加7,6,6倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次提取2 h。结论:该提取工艺合理,方法简便,可为枳陈胃力片中总黄酮乙醇提取工艺提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Tiaogan tablets. Methods: Total flavonoids content and its pharmacodynamics were taken as indexes to determine the extraction solvent by single factor experiment. The contents of naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin were taken as the comprehensive evaluation indexes. The contents of ethanol and ethanol, Time and extraction times were investigated. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions of total flavonoids in the FructusTan Wei-Li tablet. Results: The optimized alcohol extraction conditions were as follows: 7,6,6 times the amount of 70% ethanol reflux extraction 3 times, each extraction 2 h. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable and the method is simple. It can provide a reference for the extraction of total flavonoids from Triticum avenae.
