1 一次,参加教研活动观摩,发现年轻教师准备了发言稿,讲得比较宏观空泛,而园长、教研员、一些经验丰富的教师则能在细微之处发现问题,或一针见血,或画龙点睛,这就是所谓小处大文章,细节见功力。我之所以有这种感受,是因为最近看一些幼教论文,发现很多教师在文章中表达的理念非常好,比如要尊重孩子,利用社区资源,环境是会说话的老师,发挥孩子的主体性,游戏是幼儿园的基本活动,行动研究,园本课程,反思,等等,可是到实践中看一看,常常是说得好、做不到。
