用恒电流库仑滴定以虫位法确定终点测定饮料中谷氨酸含量,Pt(1cm×1cm)作工作电极,213型Pt电极和饱和甘汞电板作指示电极系统。在KH_2PO_4-Na_2HPO_4缓冲溶液中,Pt阳极上电生Br_2来滴定谷氨酸。在最佳实验条件下(pH6.97~8.04、KBr浓度为0.15~0.20mol·L~(-1)),测定下限可达8.00×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1)。用于饮料中谷氨酸含量测定,回收率为95%至105%。与氨基酸分析仪测定结果对照,相对误差为13.5%。
Constant current coulometric titration was performed to determine the end point of the glutamic acid content in the drink using Pt (1 cm × 1 cm) as the working electrode, Pt-213 electrode and saturated calomel electrode as the indicator electrode system. In KH_2PO_4-Na_2HPO_4 buffer solution, Pt was electroporated into Br 2 for glutamic acid titration. Under the optimal conditions (pH6.97 ~ 8.04, KBr concentration of 0.15 ~ 0.20mol·L ~ (-1)), the lower limit of determination was up to 8.00 × 10 ~ (-6) mol·L -1. For the determination of glutamate content in beverages, the recoveries ranged from 95% to 105%. Compared with the results of amino acid analyzer, the relative error was 13.5%.
