大学生党员是高校学生群体中的先进分子,在大学生中具有一定的影响力和感召力。做好大学生党员社会主义核心价值观教育工作,发挥大学生党员践行社会主义核心价值观的引领者和示范者作用,有利于大学生整体的社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行。因此,探索培育大学生党员社会主义核心价值观教育尤为重要。而要用隐性教育方式加强学生党员社会主义核心价值观教育,可通过榜样示范、环境陶冶、活动渗透、网络沟通等有效路径。
The college student party members are the advanced elements in college student groups, and have a certain influence and charisma among college students. To do a good job of educating the core values of the socialist party members and to play a role as a leader and a demonstrator of the party members in implementing the socialist core values is conducive to cultivating and practicing the overall socialist core values of the undergraduates. Therefore, to explore and cultivate the socialist core values of college student party education is particularly important. However, to reinforce the socialist core values of student party members with implicit education, we can find effective ways of demonstrating role models, cultivating the environment, infiltrating activities and network communication.
