我国化肥行业用的H22型氢氮气压缩机上有30多个环状气阀,目前因气阀失效而成为压缩机的突出问题。 为解决这个问题,我厂进行了气阀失效原因分析和使用寿命的统计,发现有很多气阀还能使用就被更换了,究其原因主要是: 1.升程限制器上的阀片导向块径向大量磨损,使阀片与导向块间间隙由0.2mm左右变成了1mm～2mm(见图1),这样阀
