广州市房管局数据显示,2004年广州市原八区的商铺登记成交面积和批准预售面积分别是32.30万平方米和44.09万平方米。全年的商铺市场当中,以一些大型商业中心商铺及住宅小区商铺为主角,已经逐步形成较稳定的市场态势。
Guangzhou City Housing Authority data show that in 2004 the original Guangzhou eight districts of the shops registered retail area and approved the pre-sale area is 32.30 million square meters and 44.09 million square meters.
