自2001年在普通高校开设电子商务专业以来,其专业发展争议一直没有中断过。一方面电子商务产业的高速发展导致了严重的人才短缺;而与之形成鲜明对比的另一方面很多高校的电子商务专业学生就业情况不理想,甚至还进入到了教育部公布的有关“就业率较低的本科专业名单”。形成这种局面的根本原因在于高校的人才培养机制偏离的市场需求。本文针对电子商务专业的市场化人才培养模式进行研究,为我国高校电子商务专业改革探索理论支持。
Since the opening of e-commerce major in universities in 2001, the dispute over its professional development has not stopped. On the one hand, the rapid development of e-commerce industry led to a serious shortage of talents; while on the other hand, many e-commerce students in colleges and universities did not find jobs satisfactorily, and even entered the “employment rate” published by the Ministry of Education Lower undergraduate list ". The fundamental reason for the formation of such a situation lies in the deviation of market demand from the personnel training mechanism in colleges and universities. This essay focuses on the e-commerce market-oriented personnel training mode, to explore theoretical support for the reform of e-commerce colleges and universities in our country.
