本文从分析钻探打捞工具42—65通天母锥的服役条件出发,总结出常见的几种失效形式:打捞螺纹倒陷、磨损和崩裂,以及母锥打捞部位沿切削槽开裂。论证了要提高母椎的使用寿命,必须使螺纹顶部具有高的硬度和适当的渗层深度,以保证母锥有良好的造扣能力和耐磨性;同时螺纹应具有一定的抗冲击能力,以防高负荷打吊锤时螺纹崩裂。对母锥进行气体碳、氮、硼三元共渗处理,使其获得0.5毫米左右渗层深度,是能够满足上述要求的。关于气体三元共渗的原理和工艺,本文也做了简单叙述。根据一年来现场生产使用效果,经气体三元共渗处理的通天母锥比渗碳母锥寿命提高十倍以上。
Based on the analysis of the service conditions of Drills 42-65 Tongxu Cones, this paper summarizes several common failure modes: salvage thread fallback, wear and tear, and cracking of conic salvage along the cutting groove. Demonstrated that in order to improve the service life of the vertebrae, the top of the thread must have a high hardness and an appropriate depth of the layer so as to ensure that the female cone has good buckling abilities and abrasion resistance. Meanwhile, the thread should have certain impact resistance, To prevent the high load when the hammer cracked thread. The female cone of gas carbon, nitrogen, boron ternary treatment, making it about 0.5 mm depth of infiltration, is able to meet the above requirements. On the principle and technology of gas ternary permeation, this article also made a brief description. According to the results of field production and use over the past year, the life-span of Tongtian mother cone treated by gas ternary treatment is more than ten times longer than that of carburizing mother tongue.
