一、引言随着高能物理研究中电子同步辐射加速器和电子储存环的发展,出现了高强度同步辐射光源。原供高能物理工作者用的电子同步辐射加速器,随着新储存环的设计和建造,出现了专供其它领域工作者使用的辐射光源,用以研究各种课题。1978年美国斯坦福同步辐射实验室进行了200多项各种应用题目的研究。延伸X射线吸收精细结构(EXAFS)是其中重要的一部分。在用于EXAFS谱研究上,同步辐射光源主要有以下优点:1.广阔的连续谱域,同步辐
I. INTRODUCTION With the development of electron synchrotron radiation accelerators and electron storage rings in high energy physics, high intensity synchrotron light sources have emerged.
