文化创意产业作为新发展起来的产业形态,在这一过程中需要大量具有创造能力与创新意识的人才。认清目前我国文化创意产业人才与创意产品不足的情况,制定符合该产业要求的人才培养模式成了文化产业改革过程中的重中之重。文化创意产业的发展与高校,国家教育文化部门以及相关企业之间的合作是不可分开的,要建立起高校对于人才的长期供给,与文化产业互动的新型创新人才培养模式,从而建立起可持续发展的人才培养通道。
