以某设施内放射性废液蒸发处理后产生的蒸残液为源项,对其水泥固化配方进行试验研究。首先检验分析其源项p H值、电导率、含盐量、化学成份、放射性核素和总β的活度浓度等特性,并分别利用冷、热试剂,按照不同配比制作固化样品。在此基础上,对样品的抗压强度、抗冲击性、抗浸泡、抗冻融性及游离液、核素浸出率等7项性能参数进行试验检验。根据试验数据分析结果,筛选确定水泥和蒸残液的最佳配比为0.5。按照确定的配方开展蒸残液水泥固化工程验证结果表明,固化体各项性能参数满足国家标准要求。
The steam residue produced by the evaporation of radioactive liquid waste in a certain facility was the source of the project, and the cement curing formula was tested. First of all, the p H value, conductivity, salinity, chemical composition, radionuclide and total β activity concentration of the source items were tested and analyzed. And the cured samples were prepared by using cold and hot reagents respectively. On this basis, seven performance parameters of the sample such as compressive strength, impact resistance, anti-soaking, anti-freeze-thaw resistance and free liquid, nuclide leaching rate were tested. According to the experimental data analysis results, the optimal ratio of cement and steamed residue was 0.5. In accordance with the established formula to carry out steamed residue cement curing project validation results show that the curing of the performance parameters to meet the national standards.
