目的观察环维黄杨星D对麻醉犬急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法麻醉犬冠脉结扎复制心肌缺血模型。观察给药后ST段偏移总和(∑-ST)、ST段抬高≥2 mV的个数(N-ST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸(CK)释放的变化。通过TTC染色,观察心脏梗死范围。结果环维黄杨星D可显著减少冠脉结扎所致的∑-ST抬高和N-ST增加,同时减少血清中LDH和CK的释放,减少心肌梗死范围。结论环维黄杨星D能明显减轻心肌缺血程度。
Objective To observe the protective effect of cyclovirobuxine D on acute myocardial ischemia in anesthetized dogs. Methods Anesthetized coronary artery ligation model of myocardial ischemia was established. Observed changes in the total ST segment deviation (∑-ST), ST-segment elevation ≥2 mV (N-ST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine phosphate (CK) release after administration. The extent of cardiac infarction was observed by TTC staining. [Results] Cyclovirobuxine D can significantly reduce the elevation of ST-ST and N-ST caused by coronary artery ligation, decrease the release of LDH and CK in serum, and reduce the myocardial infarct size. Conclusion Cyclovirobuxine D can significantly reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia.
