以互联网为代表的新媒介的出现及发展,为广告业的蓬勃发展注入了强大的动力源泉。在当今这个时代,广告无疑成了商品生产者、经营者与消费者之间沟通信息最重要的手段,其在引导消费者进行消费方面扮演了极其重要的作用。消费者在感受诚信广告带来的便利之时,同样也遭受着不少虚假广告的利益损害,为此国家先后出台一系列法律文件以规范广告市场秩序并保护消费者的合法权益,2016年9月1日开始实施的新《广告法》便是其中一种。面对纷繁而复杂的广告,新广告法如何有力保护消费者权益,这一话题引发了广泛关注与思考.因此,笔者将针对这一问题,对新广告法进行解读,简要谈谈它是如何震慑广大商家并为消费者进一步提供权益保护的法律依据的。
