有一辆日产24V载货汽车在行驶途中发现充电电压表指示在不充电范围内也感觉到蓄电池的电压明显下降。来报修后经我们检查认为:发电机内部的调节器损坏所致。由于该车型的调节器在原厂设计与生产中把它与碳刷架制造成一体化。所以造成了维修及买配件难的困难。因此我们用最简单的方法进行了改代。方法如下:先将调节器与正负碳刷的连接点切断分离,将正负碳刷装合后要保证不搭铁为好。再从正负碳刷弹簧压板处焊接出20cm长的连线引出到发电机外面,在碳刷防尘盖下面,出线处进行认真的作

Therefore, we use the simplest method of replacement.
