在我国电力体制改革后,发电集团开始追求自身利润的最大化,而我国当下绝大多数的发电集团属于火力发电企业,且火力发电企业燃料成本占其总成本70%,这就使得如何降低燃料成本已经成为我国发电集团提升自身利润的关键。在传统的发电企业燃料供应中,受市场化程度较低影响,这一时期发电集团的燃料物流管理手段也较为粗犷,这种管理方式显然不能够较好地满足我国当下发电集团的发展需要,为此本文基于云物流的发电集团燃料供应链管理模式进行了具体研究,希望这一研究能够为我国发电集团工作效率与经济效益的提高带来一定帮助。

In this paper, based on the cloud logistics power generation group fuel supply chain management model for a specific study, I hope this study for China’s power generation group efficiency and economic benefits to some help.
