前言随着蒸汽参数的提高,强化对流受热面的传热就显得比较突出。在这些受热面中,如过热器、省煤器等,其中管壁对介质的放热系数已很高,而烟气对管壁的放热系数则是很低的。为此,捷克正在研究鳍片管对流受热面的特性。图1为捷克生产的鳍片管,图2为西德生产的切向鳍片管。对这两种鳍片管进行了下列试验:
Preface With the steam parameters increased, enhanced convection heating surface heat becomes more prominent. In these heating surfaces, such as superheaters, economizers, etc., of which the wall of the media has a high exothermic coefficient, while the flue gas on the wall of the heat dissipation coefficient is very low. For this reason, the Czech Republic is studying the characteristics of convective heating surfaces of finned tubes. Figure 1 shows a fin tube made in Czech Republic. Figure 2 shows a tangential fin tube made in West Germany. The following tests were performed on these two finned tubes:
