近些年以来,我国野生动物资源受到了极为严重的威胁,如果不及时采取有效措施的话,势必会产生极为严重的不良影响,而这其中最为关键的就是加强法律保护。随着2017年1月1日,新的《野生动物法》的颁布与实施,如果以此为契机,进一步做好野生动物资源的法律保护尤为重要。基于这样的现实背景,以“野生动物资源的法律保护”为主要研究对象,在对其现状进行分析的基础上,就如何进一步做好法律保护提出切实可行的建议与对策,以供大家依据和参考。
In recent years, the wildlife resources in our country have been extremely seriously threatened. If we do not take effective measures in time, it will inevitably have extremely serious adverse effects. However, the most crucial one is to step up legal protection.
