我院于1993年5月到1994年3月收治胸腺癌伴单纯红细胞再生障性贫血2例。现将诊断与治疗情况介绍如下。临床资料倒一：男，38岁。胸闷、头晕半年，全身乏力2月。查体：面色苍白，精神差，双睑结膜苍白。实验室检查：血红蛋白60g／L，血红细胞3．18×1012／L，网织红细胞0．1％。
In our hospital from May 1993 to March 1994, 2 cases of thymic carcinoma with simple red cell regeneration anemia were treated. The diagnosis and treatment are described below. The clinical data fell one: Male, 38 years old. Chest tightness, dizziness for six months, the whole body fatigue in February. Physical examination: pale, poor spirit, pale palpebral conjunctiva. Laboratory tests: Hemoglobin 60g/L, red blood cells 3.18×1012/L, reticulocytes 0.1%.
