近年来,学校文化的建设和传承逐渐成为中小学校长关注的一个重点。相比于实实在在的课堂教学,学校文化是一个抽象得多的概念,它属于学校精神和思想层面的核心内容,关系到学校的生存和发展。本期,我们请一批已具有百年以上历史的学校就学校历史文化的传承与创新展开讨论。了解这些有着丰厚历史文化积淀的学校如何在新的环境和条件下进行学校文化建设,带给我们的将是无尽的启发和思考。
In recent years, the construction and inheritance of school culture has gradually become a focus of primary and secondary school principals. Compared with real classroom teaching, school culture is a much more abstract concept. It belongs to the core content of the school spirit and ideology, and relates to the survival and development of the school. In this issue, we invite a group of schools that have a history of more than 100 years to discuss the heritage and innovation of the school’s history and culture. Understanding how these schools with rich historical and cultural heritage can carry out school culture construction under the new environment and conditions will bring us endless inspiration and reflection.
