采用数值模拟与实验测量相结合的方法,完成了探测系统刻度,得到了该探测器对单能光子的能量全响应函数,在此基础上探索出改进的剥谱法,对测量得到的连续硬X射线能谱进行解析,扣除了测量谱中非光电效应对每道计数的贡献,复现了测量位置处的实际能谱,并对该能谱测量方法进行了误差分析,提出了进一步完善措施。
Using the method of numerical simulation and experimental measurement, the calibration of the detection system was completed, and the full energy response of the detector to uni-photons was obtained.
