目的 研究艾迪注射液对体外培养的ErbB2阳性乳腺癌BT-474、SK-BR-3及HCC-1954细胞的抗肿瘤作用.方法 通过MTS法测定不同质量浓度艾迪注射液抑制细胞增殖作用;流式细胞术分析不同药物浓度对不同乳腺癌细胞的诱导凋亡及坏死作用;细胞计数分析仪分析药物作用下细胞直径分布的改变.结果 不同质量浓度 (10~100mg·ml-1) 艾迪注射液均能够显著抑制乳腺癌细胞的增殖 (P<0.05, P<0.01) 、诱导凋亡及坏死 (P<0.01) 、显著缩小细胞直径 (P<0.01).结论 艾迪注射液对肿瘤细胞具有抑制增殖和促进细胞凋亡及坏死的作用, 并使得细胞直径显著减小.“,”Objective To investigate the antitumor effects of Aidi injection (ADI) on ErbB2-positive breast cancer cells (BT-474, SK-BR-3, and HCC-1954) and its mechanisms of action.Methods The effects of different concentrations of ADI on the proliferation of breast cancer cells were measured by MTS assay.Apoptosis of different breast cancer cells was analyzed by flow cytometry.Cell diameter distribution after ADI treatment was analyzed with a Countstar automated cell counter.Results ADI at different concentrations (10-100 mg·ml-1) was able to significantly inhibit the proliferation of breast cancer cells (P<0.05, P<0.01), induce late apoptosis and necrosis (P<0.01), and significantly reduce the diameter of the cells (P<0.01).Conclusion ADI can inhibit breast cancer cell growth by inhibiting tumor cell growth directly, thus inducing apoptosis and necrosis, and significantly reducing the cell diameter.
