关于我国大力发展高速铁路对民航运输业已经和将要形成的挑战和竞争局面,以及民航应该如何应对的问题,我们尚没有机会进行深入研究,本文谨以我们近年来课题研究中的一些看法与大家交流。2006年北京中航通信息研究所受民航西藏局委托,联合北京航空航天大学、南京航空航天大学和中国民航大学,共同进行了《西藏民用航空发展战略和政策研究》课题。这个课题后来被定为民航总局的重点
With regard to the challenges and competition that our country has made in vigorously developing the high-speed railway to the civil aviation transportation industry and the problems that civil aviation should deal with, we have not yet had the opportunity to carry out further studies. This article is based on some observations we have made in recent years communicate with. In 2006, CATIC Beijing Institute of Information entrusted by Civil Aviation Administration of Tibet to jointly carry out the project of “Research on Tibetan Civil Aviation Development Strategy and Policy” jointly with Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Civil Aviation University of China. This subject was later designated as the focal point of CAAC
