随着施工企业间的竞争日趋激烈,施工企业的成本管理已迫在眉睫,它已成为企业管理的重要组成部分。本文主要阐述了施工企业成本从事前预测、事中控制、事后分析三个方面进行控制的一些措施。
With the increasingly fierce competition among construction enterprises, the cost management of construction enterprises is imminent. It has become an important part of enterprise management. This paper mainly elaborates some measures of controlling the cost of construction enterprises in the aspects of pre-forecast, incident control and post-incident analysis.
