企业文化作为企业的组成部分,在企业核心竞争力中的作用已越来越重要。企业文化的塑造要靠企业员工来实现,员工素质的高低将直接影响企业的产品质量、生产效益、品牌形象等物质文化和精神文化的建设。发展企业文化、提高员工整体素质的最有效途径就是对企业员工进行培训。正确认识企业培训和企业文化的相互关系,以企业文化建设的高度审视企业培训,才能使企业培训真正实现其价值,完成企业人才的建设。
