介绍了潍坊新力超导磁电科技有限公司生产的往复式低温超导磁选装备用于部分非金属矿除铁提纯,简述了该设备的磁选机结构、高梯度超导磁体以及分选系统。试验结果表明与常规电磁选机相比,经过超导磁选机分选后的非金属矿精矿产品铁含量都有明显的降低,且适用于多种非金属矿。通过实验证明磁场强度是导致超导磁选优于电磁选的主要因素。
This paper introduces the reciprocating cryogenic superconducting magnetic separation equipment produced by Weifang Xinli Superconducting Magnetic Technology Co., Ltd. for the purification of some non-metallic mineral iron. The magnetic separator structure, high-gradient superconducting magnet and sorting system. The test results show that compared with conventional electromagnetic separator, the content of iron in nonmetallic ore concentrate after the separation by superconducting magnetic separator has obviously decreased, and it is suitable for many kinds of nonmetallic ore. Experiments show that the magnetic field strength is the main factor leading to superconducting magnetic separation is superior to electromagnetic selection.
