工期、费用和质量是工程项目管理和控制的三个基本目标,其中任何一个因素的变动都可能对其它两个产生影响.对工期-费用-质量进行全面的权衡,将对项目决策者管理和控制项目的运作有着重要意义.通过建立完整的质量衡量体系对工程项目的质量水平进行量化评估,利用Pareto最优的原理,设计了一套基于遗传算法和Pareto排序法的运算程序,从而建立起工期-费用-质量的权衡模型,决策者在由该模型得到的Pareto解集中寻求满意的资源配置方案.最后将模型应用于一个案例对其可行性和适用性进行了验证分析.
