丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酰胺及其衍生物用相应不饱和酸酰化剂来进行重酰化工作是从1961年开始的,相继合成了N-丙烯酰-丙烯酰胺N-甲基-N-甲基丙烯酰-甲基丙烯酰胺,而N-甲基丙烯酰氨基酸酯的重酰化工作尚未报导。这些化合物的特点是,聚合后可得在高分子主链上带有六元环的特种结构的高聚物重酰化酰胺化合物的方法是比较多的。N-甲基丙烯酰氨基酸酯进行重酰化,我们采用如制取N-甲基丙烯酰氨基酸酯一样简便而有效的方法,即用甲基丙烯酰氯直接酰化氨基酸酯盐酸盐的方法,并让二次酰化一次完成。
