银行保险,起源于80年代的欧洲,是以银行作为营销渠道来销售保险产品。银行保险诞生之后,迅速在全球范围内得到了追捧并发展起来。在我国,保险公司也在20世纪90年代中期开始通过银行渠道来销售其保险产品,保险公司通过银行渠道的这种销售在我国主要是由柜台销售的方式来实现的,销售的也主要是分红类的保险产品。在开始阶段,保险公司取得了巨大的成功。然而在经历过几年的高速发展后,保险公司却遇到了重大问题。那么,造成这种问题的原因何在,在现有的金融环境下,我国的保险公司又应该怎样改进来解决这些问题呢?本文通过对我国现有的银行保险销售模式和产品销售问题的研究,分析造成我国银行保险中面临困境的原因,并提出相应的解决方法。
Bank insurance, which originated in the 80’s in Europe, is based on the bank’s marketing channel to sell insurance products. After the birth of bank insurance, it quickly became sought after and developed worldwide. In China, insurers also started to sell their insurance products through the bank channel in the mid-1990s. The sales of insurance companies through bank channels are mainly realized by counter sales in China. The sales are also mainly dividends Class of insurance products. In the beginning, insurance companies have had great success. However, after several years of rapid development, insurance companies have encountered major problems. So what are the reasons for this kind of problem, how should the insurance companies in our country improve to solve these problems in the current financial environment? This paper studies the existing bank insurance sales model and product sales in our country, Analyze the reasons that cause the dilemma in the bank insurance in our country and put forward the corresponding solutions.
