【据日本“Transactions ISIJ”,Vol.27,№3(1987)报道】BOF底吹搅拌气体能用CO代替Ar,N_2和CO_2。底吹N_2会使钢中氮含量增加,而底吹CO_2会使底吹气孔耐火材料冲蚀严重。采用底吹CO气体时,它对钢的成分和底吹气孔耐火材料的冲蚀速度会产生与底吹Ar同样的效果。在工业上,由于没有合适的CO生产设备,还没有采用CO作底吹吹搅拌气体,但使用COSORB工艺,却很容易从LD转炉废气中回收适合BOF底吹的CO气体。
According to Japan “ISIJ”, Vol.27, № 3 (1987) reported BOF bottom blowing gas can be used instead of CO CO, N_2 and CO_2. Bottom blowing N_2 will increase the nitrogen content of steel, while the bottom blowing CO 2 will make the bottom blow stoma refractories serious erosion. Bottom blowing CO gas, its composition of steel and bottom blowhole refractory erosion rate will have the same bottom blowing Ar effect. In the industry, CO is not used as bottom blowing blowing gas in the absence of a suitable CO production facility, but using COSORB process it is easy to recover the CO gas suitable for BOF bottom blowing from LD converter off-gas.
