近年来,创新一词已被应用于各种领域。管理也不例外,但我们有些人每当在管理方面谈及创新,更愿认为它是一个技术问题,更愿把它与产品创新联系起来。而有些人又认为创新是市场的问题,是和市场策划诸如做广告等促销活动联系在一起。以上种种认识都说明我们对企业管理创新缺乏整体的把握和认识不够。那么企业管理创新的内涵及运作方式到底如何把握。这是我们需要迫切回答与解决的问题。
In recent years, the word innovation has been applied in various fields. Management is no exception, but some of us are talking about innovation in management, preferring to think of it as a technical issue and preferring to link it with product innovation.
