目的探讨野战医疗所开设码头救护所救护流程及职责,为提高海战救护能力提供参考。方法根据海战伤的特点,每次100名官兵分别扮演不同的海战伤员。野战医疗所成员120人分成9组,包括指挥组、分类后送组、防疫洗消组、抗休克组、手术组、医疗2组、医疗保障组和后勤保障组。根据码头救护所的流程与各自的职责展开5次训练。分析海战时码头救护所救护特点和人员状况,将码头救护所的救治岗位进行合理分配,对各级救护人员工作流程及职责进行描述性分析。结果5次模拟训练展开保障能力不同,第1~3次分别为不及格、及格和良好,第4、5次均为优秀,第5次与其他次比较为最好(P<0.01)。结论通过野战医疗所开设码头救护所救护流程及职责训练,可提高海上救护的快速反应能力、整体配合能力和救护水平;丰富了码头救护所救护理论。
Objective To explore the procedure and duties of ambulance wharf in field medical clinic and provide reference for improving the ambulance capability of naval battle. Methods According to the characteristics of sea war injuries, each time 100 officers and men respectively play different naval battles. The 120 members of the field medical clinic were divided into 9 groups, including the command group, the evacuation group, the anti-epidemic group, the anti-shock group, the surgery group, the medical group 2, the medical protection group and the logistics support group. According to the wharf ambulance flow and their duties to start five training. This paper analyzes the rescue features and personnel status of wharf ambulances in naval warfare, rationally allocates the rescue posts of wharf ambulance depots, and makes a descriptive analysis of the workflow and responsibilities of ambulance staff at all levels. Results The training ability of 5 simulations was different. The 1st to 3rd failed, the pass and the good were good, the 4th and 5th were excellent, and the 5th was the best compared with the other times (P <0.01). Conclusions The ambulance wharf rescue and duty training provided by the field medical clinic can improve the rapid response capability, overall coordination ability and ambulance level of ambulances at sea and enrich the rescue theory of wharf ambulance.
