目的:考察复方野葛根胶囊中葛根素热稳定性变化。方法:采用高效液相法及恒温加速试验法,以葛根素为测定指标确定胶囊剂的有效期。结果:常温下该胶囊剂以葛根素为指标的有效期为2.5年。结论:该方法简便易行,复方野葛根胶囊稳定性较好。
Objective: To investigate the thermal stability of puerarin in Compound Pueraria Capsule. Methods: The effective period of capsules was determined by high performance liquid chromatography and constant temperature accelerated test with puerarin as the determination index. Results: The capsules at room temperature with puerarin as an indicator of validity of 2.5 years. Conclusion: The method is simple and easy, the stability of Compound Pueraria Capsule is better.
