目的:研究围绝经期女性性激素水平变化情况,分析性激素水平与血脂水平关系。方法:临床纳入148例我院2014年8月至2016年8月期间收治的围绝经期女性患者作为研究对象,按月经情况分为三组,A组42例为月经正常患者;B组49例为月经紊乱患者;C组57例为绝经患者。对三组患者性激素、血脂水平进行检测,观察围绝经期女性性激素水平与血脂的关系。结果:三组患者PRL水平对比无差异,P>0.05;FSH、E2水平差异显著,C组FSH水平最高,A组E2水平最高,P<0.05。三组患者LDL-C、Apo A1水平无差异,P>0.05;C组TC、TG、HDL-C以及Apo B水平最高,明显高于A、B两组,P<0.05。FSH与TC、TG、HDL-C以及Apo B水平呈明显正相关;E2与TC、TG、HDL-C以及Apo B水平呈明显负相关。结论:女性绝经后FSH水平升高,E2水平下降,血脂紊乱,TC、TG、HDL-C以及Apo B水平变化明显,需要引起临床医学者的关注。
Objective: To study the changes of sex hormones in perimenopausal women and to analyze the relationship between sex hormones and blood lipid levels. Methods: 148 cases of perimenopausal women admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into three groups according to menstruation. Group A (n = 42) was normal menstruation; group B (n = 49) For the menstrual disorder patients; C group 57 cases of menopausal patients. The levels of sex hormones and blood lipids were measured in three groups of patients to observe the relationship between sex hormone levels and blood lipids in perimenopausal women. Results: There was no significant difference in PRL levels between the three groups (P> 0.05). The levels of FSH and E2 were significantly different. The FSH level was the highest in group C and the highest in E2 group (P <0.05). There was no difference in LDL-C and Apo A1 between the three groups (P> 0.05). The levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and Apo B in group C were the highest, significantly higher than those in groups A and B, P <0.05. There was a significant positive correlation between FSH and TC, TG, HDL-C and Apo B levels; E2 was negatively correlated with TC, TG, HDL-C and Apo B levels. CONCLUSIONS: FSH levels, E2 levels, dyslipidemia, TC, TG, HDL-C and Apo B levels in postmenopausal women are significantly different after menopause. Therefore, it is necessary for clinicians to pay attention.
