目的了解克拉玛依市独山子区西宁路社区孕妇对新生儿疾病筛查知识的了解程度,宣教新生儿疾病筛查的重要性。为分娩后自愿做新生儿疾病筛查做好准备。方法 2012年4月-2012年6月采取问卷调查方式对独山子区西宁路社区管辖的586名孕妇进行新生儿疾病筛查知识知晓率调查。结果只有14人(2.39%)知道新生儿疾病筛查的所有项目,有319人(54.44%)知道新生儿疾病筛查的部分项目,有253(43.17%)人不知道新生儿疾病筛查。结论目前社区婚前培训班和孕妇学校在新生儿疾病筛查知识方面的宣教工作要进一步加强。
Objective To understand the level of understanding of neonatal screening knowledge among pregnant women in Xining Road, Dushanzi District, Karamay City, and to screen the importance of neonatal screening. Prepare for voluntary neonatal screening after childbirth. Methods From April 2012 to June 2012, 586 pregnant women under the jurisdiction of Xining Road community in Dushanzi District were surveyed by questionnaire. Results Only 14 (2.39%) knew all items of neonatal disease screening, 319 (54.44%) knew of some items of newborn’s disease screening, and 253 (43.17%) did not know about neonatal screening. Conclusions At present, the pre-marital training classes and pregnant women’s schools should further strengthen their missionary work in neonatal screening of disease.
