根据尖山铁矿主井提升系统的功能和现有的关键技术参数,在确定提升箕斗、平衡锤、首尾绳和罐道绳规格尺寸的基础上,按照最大终端载荷及静、动防滑安全系数j、d′、d″来确定合理可靠的落地多绳摩擦式提升机及制动液压站,进而通过各阶段提升出力校核主井提升电动机的容量。通过速度图验算提升能力,分析了全数字交流同步变频电控系统的基本配置及双三电平结构的工作原理和相关特性,并对提升机的速度、行程、超速、过卷等关键信号均采用多重保护,为尖山铁矿主井提升系统安全、高效的运行提供了良好的支持。
