采用P507萃淋树脂萃取色层法以Tb、Dy富集物作原料,研究了淋洗液酸度、柱径比、淋洗速度、稀土负载量以及原料中Tb、Dy含量对Tb、Dy分离的影响。并根据研究结果,选出较佳的分离工艺条件进行了多次综合条件试验,试验结果表明:一次分离可分别获得纯度>99.95%的高纯Tb4O7和Dy2O3,平均实收率分别为89.62%和87.63%。
The enrichment of Tb and Dy with Tb and Dy in P507 extraction resin was studied by using Tb and Dy enrichment as raw materials. The effects of eluent acidity, column diameter ratio, rinsing rate, rare earth loading, influences. According to the results of the study, the best conditions for the separation process were selected and the comprehensive conditions were tested. The results showed that the high purity Tb4O7 and Dy2O3 with the purity> 99.95% .62% and 87.63% respectively.
