目的通过采用不同清洗消毒方法探讨影响牙钻手机质量的因素。方法针对3 000支牙钻手机,分别采用手工清洗消毒、超声波清洗消毒、机械热清洗消毒三种方法 ,从而达到使牙钻手机清洗消毒合格率明显提升,损耗率明显下降。结果选择手工清洗消毒法抽样合格率为89%,损耗率为2.5%;选择超声波清洗消毒抽样合格率为92%,损耗率为4.2%;选择机械热清洗消毒抽样合格率为99%,损耗率为0.3%。结论通过以上三种清洗消毒方法的比较,得出以机械热清洗消毒最为可靠,提高了再生医疗器械清洗消毒的质量,降低了医疗成本。
Objective To explore the factors affecting the quality of dental drills by adopting different cleaning and disinfection methods. Methods For 3 000 dental drills, three methods of manual cleaning and disinfection, ultrasonic cleaning and disinfection, and mechanical thermal cleaning and disinfection were respectively adopted so as to significantly improve the pass rate of cleaning and disinfection of dental drills and significantly reduce the loss rate. Results The sampling rate of manual cleaning and disinfection was 89% and the rate of loss was 2.5%. The qualified rate of ultrasonic cleaning and disinfection sampling was 92% and the loss rate was 4.2%. The qualified rate of mechanical thermal cleaning and disinfection sampling was 99% and the loss rate Is 0.3%. Conclusion Comparison of the above three cleaning and disinfecting methods shows that the mechanical heat cleaning and disinfection is the most reliable, improves the quality of cleaning and disinfection of regenerative medical devices, and reduces the medical cost.
