在大量生产中为了检查内圆锥,采用测量专用圆锥棒上的两个喷嘴之间总压力的方法,研制成一种内圆锥气动检查仪。在实验室条件下测量时,把仪器安装在机床的尾座上或者专用支座上。圆锥心棒1作为基础,喷嘴2和3分布在圆锥心棒的侧面上,相互间距离为L。基准圆柱直径D_6=D_k+(2Z/cosα),式中D_k为圆锥心棒的大头直径;α为心棒的圆锥角;Z为对于被侧量面和测量面之间给定的间隙值。
