以荷叶为原料,研究了超声波提取荷叶紫云英苷的工艺条件,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验优化了超声辅助提取荷叶紫云英苷的工艺条件。结果表明:白芷香豆素最佳提取工艺条件为:超声波频率为低频(25.5 kHz),提取时间为20 min,提取温度为55℃,提取溶剂为体积分数70%乙醇。此试验条件下荷叶紫云英苷提取率为1.67%。荷叶紫云英苷对细菌、霉菌和酵母均有较强的抑制作用。
The lotus leaf was used as raw material to study the process conditions of extracting the astragalin from the lotus leaf by ultrasonic wave. Based on the single-factor experiment, the process conditions of ultrasonic extraction of the allergen were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for Angelica sinensis were as follows: the ultrasonic frequency was low frequency (25.5 kHz); the extraction time was 20 min; the extraction temperature was 55 ℃; the extraction solvent was 70% ethanol. Under this test condition, the extraction rate of fulvidin in lotus leaf was 1.67%. Lotus leaves astragalin on bacteria, mold and yeast have a strong inhibitory effect.
