目的为了解山东省部分地区蚊虫种类及其生态习性变化的状况,为蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法采集不同水质水中的幼虫、不同场所成蚊进行蚊种鉴别;采用人饵帐诱蚊、人畜房内捕蚊和室外栖息场所蚊帐扣捕等方法进行密度调查。结果经鉴定为5属13种,其中淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊和中华按蚊的密度高居前三位,2007年成蚊密度高峰时间较前三年观察结果提前约3wk。结论制定蚊虫防治措施应根据当地气候条件及蚊虫生态习性的变化,方可取得最佳防治成效。
Objective To understand the changes of mosquito species and their ecological habits in some areas of Shandong Province and provide scientific evidences for mosquito control. Methods The larvae of different water quality were collected and adult mosquitoes were identified in different places. The density of mosquito species was determined by using artificial bait trap, mosquito trap in outdoor and indoor habitat and mosquito net trap in outdoor habitat. The results were identified as 5 genera and 13 species, of which Culex pipiens pallens, Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles sinensis ranked the top three in density. In 2007, the density of adult mosquitoes was about 3 weeks earlier than the previous three years. Conclusion The development of mosquito control measures should be based on local climatic conditions and changes in ecological habits of mosquitoes before the best control effect.
