纵观全球,能源危机四伏,节能的呼声愈来越高。目前我国单位建筑面积能耗是发达国家的2~3倍以上,面对如此严峻的事实,节能减排迫在眉睫。能源计量是节能减排量化数据的体现,起着举足轻重的作用。同时作为一种管理工具和手段,利用能源计量数据的采集,诊断,分析,实施有效管理,科学准确的计量数据能够指导建筑能源的利用,由此达到节能降耗的目的。此外能源计量还是一种工艺手段,一种测量技术,帮助建筑节能建立科学合理的节能流程,为今后的建筑节能提供科学准确的基础条件。
Throughout the world, the energy crisis, the voice of energy saving is getting higher and higher. At present, China's building energy consumption per unit area is 2 to 3 times that of developed countries. In the face of such a grim fact, energy conservation and emission reduction are imminent. Energy measurement is the embodiment of quantitative data of energy saving and emission reduction, playing a decisive role. At the same time as a management tool and means, the use of energy measurement data collection, diagnosis, analysis, the implementation of effective management, scientific and accurate measurement of data can guide the use of building energy, thus achieving the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
