党的十八届三中全会吹响了全面深化改革的号角,为保险业科学发展提供了难得的历史机遇。保险业理当抓住机遇,在深化改革上迈出坚实的步伐。深化保险业改革,要树立强烈的责任意识和进取意识。保险业改革是当代中国改革的重要组成部分,在完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度中具有重要的地位和作用。保险业要以强烈的责任意识,勇于担当,承担起历史赋予的神圣使命。要认真贯彻落实党的路线、方针和政策,自觉把思想和行动统一到党中央国务院的决策部署上来,自觉把行业改革融入我国新时期改革的总体部署当中,推动行业改革不断向纵深发展,为我国全面深化改革作出应有的贡献。同时,要锐意进取,以等不得、坐不住的心态,敢于动真碰硬,勇于破除体制机制障碍和利益固化的藩篱,不断在深化改革上取得新进展。深化保险业改革,要坚持市场化取向。党的十八届三中全会指出,要紧紧围绕使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用深化经济体制改革。这是我们党在经济体制
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has sounded the horn of deepening the reform in an all-round way and provided a rare historical opportunity for the scientific development of the insurance industry. The insurance industry should seize the opportunity and take firm steps toward deepening the reform. Deepen the reform of the insurance industry, we must establish a strong sense of responsibility and progressiveness. Insurance reform is an important part of the reform in contemporary China and plays an important role in improving and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. The insurance industry should take a strong sense of responsibility and take the courage to shoulder the sacred mission entrusted by history. We should conscientiously implement the party’s line, principles and policies, conscientiously unify our thinking and actions with the decision-making arrangements of the Central Party Central Committee and the State Council, consciously integrate industry reform into the overall plan for the reform of our country in the new period, and promote the continuous development of the industry’s reforms in all depths. China should make its due contribution through deepening the reform in an all-round way. At the same time, we must strive for progress, wait for no end, rest not mentality, dare to touch the ground, courage to get rid of barriers to institutional mechanisms and interests cured, and constantly make new progress in deepening the reform.
