本文考察了十三个鬼桕毒及其衍生物的立体异构体的质谱性能。借助高分辨质谱、亚稳离子扫描和同位素标记技术,研究了1-OH和稠合内酯环的构型对质谱裂解方式及特征离子相对丰度的影响,并提出了合理的解释。
This article examines the mass spectroscopic properties of the stereoisomers of thirteen ghost galls and their derivatives. The effects of the configuration of 1-OH and fused lactone rings on the mode of mass spectrometry cleavage and the relative abundance of characteristic ions were studied by means of high resolution mass spectrometry, metastable ion scan and isotope labeling. The reasonable explanation was also given.
