“以人为本”是现今社会发展与改革的一个基本理念。树立“以人为本”的思想,改革完善图书馆的管理机制,提高图书馆为读者服务的质量和效率,是当前图书馆机制改革和发展的一个方向。
“People-oriented ” is a basic concept of social development and reform.
