本试验在人工气候箱中比较了若干马铃薯品种在连续光照和较高温度条件下生长发育的表现,鲜重和干重,收获指数,光合速率以及气孔的传导力等。试验结果表明:Deilali,Snowchip,Atlantic和La Chjpper有优良的生产潜力,是栽培到太空站或月球上封闭的生物再生系统中的适宜品种;;在这4个优良品种中有3个是长日条件下栽培的品种;;Denali具有许多极好的生物学特征,是产生高光合速率、形成高收获指数的物质基础,加之株身不高,株体不宽,开花早,块茎形成快,选择Denali或更为优秀的品秆就可以从时间和空间两个方面提高生物再生系统有限空间的利用率。
In this experiment, the performance of several potato cultivars under continuous light and high temperature conditions were compared in artificial climate chamber, fresh and dry weight, harvest index, photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance. The results showed that Deilali, Snowchip, Atlantic and La Chjpper had good productive potential and were suitable cultivars for biological regeneration system closed to space station or lunar.
