以响水涧抽水蓄能电站机组投运为例,将国产抽水蓄能机组投入商业运行的过程,分为生产准备、机组调试、机组试运行、机组商业运行四个阶段,分析各阶段特点,抓住各阶段工作重心开展运行工作,并采取创新性管理措施,促使机组顺利投入商业运行。实践证明,做好阶段性管理工作,可提升管理水平、提高工作效率、确保新机组顺利投运。
Taking the operation of units in Xiangshuijian Pumped Storage Power Station as an example, the process of putting domestic pumped storage units into commercial operation is divided into four stages: production preparation, unit commissioning, unit commissioning and unit commercial operation. The characteristics of each stage are analyzed, Seize the focus of work at all stages of operation, and take innovative management measures to promote the smooth operation of the unit.
