目的降低铅、镉的最低检测浓度,更好地满足国家标准限值判定要求。方法水样、加标水样及标准系列中的金属,在分液漏斗中与氢氧化镁共沉淀富集20倍,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。结果最低检测浓度降为Pb:0.01 mg/L;镉:0.002 mg/L;线性范围0.01 mg/L~0.05 mg/L;回收率84.8%~108.8%;精密度(RSD)为Pb 2.47%、Cd 3.94%。结论改进后方法的工作曲线、回收率、精密度等均符合要求,更加环保、方便,检测下限降低,更适应生活饮用水中铅、镉的监督监测要求。
Purpose To reduce the minimum detection concentration of lead and cadmium so as to better meet the requirements of the national standard limit determination. Methods Water samples, spiked water samples and standard series of metals were coprecipitated in a separatory funnel with magnesium hydroxide for 20 times and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the minimum detectable concentration was Pb 0.01 mg / L and cadmium 0.002 mg / L, the linear range 0.01 mg / L ~ 0.05 mg / L, the recovery 84.8% -108.8%, the precision RSD 2.47% Cd 3.94%. Conclusion The working curve, recovery rate, precision and so on of the improved method meet the requirements. They are more environmentally friendly, convenient and lower in detection limit. They are more suitable for the monitoring and monitoring requirements of lead and cadmium in domestic drinking water.
